Dalton Leisure Centre in Cumbria will mark 2012 by seeing the installation of play equipment from Hippo Leisure early in the New Year.
In a move designed to liven up the Centre's redundant sauna area, Hippo will be installing a 'Splash Zone', aimed at enhancing the facility to provide an attractive, family friendly experience.
The new area will feature Hippo's 4-arm mast feature, a 4m snake squirt, interactive play panels and newly launched Squirtums.
Dalton is just one of the leisure centres which will be seeing Hippo equipment fitted during 2012.
An entirely new range of interactive splash toys will enable centres to create a toddler 'splash zone' which will be cost effective and simple to install.
A mix and match selection of toys available for building, the zones will include play panels, Squirtums, toddler slides and Platforms.
Hippo says the new toddler slides - ideal for introducing toddlers to fun play in the water and increasing their confidence - are perfect for utilising under-used pool space in the shallow waters and beach areas.
